We have 3 production lines. The first one is for product assembly, the second one is for packaging goods, and the third one is fully automatic for manufacturing large-size speakers, which greatly improves production efficiency.

The total area of ​​our production workshop exceeds 5,000 square meters, and there is also a planned new workshop. SMT (Surface Mounted Technology) is used for PCBA completion to better improve production efficiency and material cost control.

There are more than 100 experienced workers who are engaged in and responsible for different workstations to ensure the details that need to be paid attention to in each link of the manufacturing process, such as product appearance, function, packaging, cleaning, etc., and are committed to providing customers with perfect products and services.

We have various testing instruments to ensure that every detail of the product passes the test more meticulously, and there will also be an experienced QC team that continuously optimizes the product manufacturing process and product quality from the process. All products have passed FCC, CE, ROHS, REACH and other certifications.

Our workshop has passed various factory audit qualifications such as ISO9001, IS14001, SADEX, BSCI, etc., so our workshop has reached professional standards in various dimensions and can serve partners from all over the world.

In R&D center,we have ID Engineers, Structural Engineers, Electronics Engineers, Electro Acoustic Engineer,DQE, Engineering Clerk and they ensure the procedure of launching and optimizing product.

Our ID engineers are mainly responsible for completing the product appearance and functional design, and adjusting and optimizing the product design through professional software.

Structural engineers design the internal structure, force, component layout, etc. of the product to help formulate the assembly process.

Electroacoustic engineers use tuning software to control the sound style and quality of the product to the sound frequency response curve we want based on the hardware layout of speakers and components.

DQE tests the functions and accessories of the product after the initial completion of the prototype and trial production samples, such as tolerance and playback time. Through the testing of various instruments, details that need to be optimized are found at the front end of the project to adjust the product to a higher quality state.

R&D clerks ensure that every material in the project can be traced, and there are corresponding descriptions of the size, process, function, etc. of the material, which further ensures the sustainable advancement of the project and avoids the defects caused by unclear records in the project.

Therefore, our complete RD team can provide extremely professional services to all partners' projects, achieve the product effects that customers want, or provide a certain required technical service foundation.

2. Distribution of the company's team members: 12 members in the R&D centre; 14 members in the quality centre; 93 members in the manufacturing centre; and 19 members in the business and other service teams.

In R&D center,we have ID Engineers, Structural Engineers, Electronics Engineers, Electro Acoustic Engineer,DQE, Engineering Clerk and they ensure the procedure of launching and optimizing product.

In quality center,we have IQC, QA, SQE, IPQC to control all the process of quality during production.

In manufacturing center,we have well trained workers handling multiple processes such as assembly, testing, packing,etc.

In 2011,we started our international trading company with our cooperated factory to help sourcing all kinds of mobile phone accessories, bluetooth speaker, power bank, wireless charger,etc.During the beginning years,we really improve our whole management of all kinds of order.

In 2019,our company began to set up a R&D team, which was completed on 21 September, with the following team members: industrial designers, structural engineers, electronic and electro-acoustic engineers and started our own factory production specialized in portable bluetooth speaker.

Back then we create 3 classic products of waterproof (IPX7) speakers, become one of the most attractive products in the Hong Kong Electronics Fair in October.

In 2020,we launched more series of waterproof speakers, and the order quantity of our small bluetooth speaker exceeded 200,000 units.

And we completed the formation of production and quality team members in order to improve production quality.

In 2021,we completed formation and completion of the quality system (IQC, SQE, FQC, IPQC, QA) so to ensure the management of the whole quality control system.

Within that year,we design and develop bluetooth speaker with wireless charger built in,which become one of the best featured product in the market.

In 2022,we were introducing an external consulting team to assist in building the core management of our company and we achieved the goal of establishment of a digital management model to much improve efficiency and cost control through digitisation and chart.

At the end of 2022,we were committed to design much bigger size and output power model,that is,our party speakers series were launched.

In 2023,we had accomplishment of the second phase of the R&D team has been upgraded, the R&D process and project control have been completed.

And more than two new products have been launched every month and that's how we design and come out new series of the biggest power product we have now.

Till 2024,we continue to upgrade our production center,first of all,we expand our center up to 5000 square meters and we are making progress in building our own SMT(Surface Mounting Technology) for PCB aiming at a much more detailed control on materials cost and shortening the production leading time.
